FAQ - New website

I can't connect to my customer account. What should I do?

If you have not yet placed an order with the new website, we invite you to request a new password for your customer account.

How do I do this?

Go to www.pds-ch.ch and click on the little man icon at the top right of your screen. Here you can click on “Forgot your password?

Where have my Suns gone?

No need to panic! Your previously accumulated Suns are not lost. They are being recovered and will soon be available in your customer account. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Suns continue to accumulate with new purchases.

I can no longer see my order history in my customer account. Are my orders placed before 17 December still valid?

Yes, your orders placed before 17 December (and those after too) are valid and can be used in our ski area. If your season pass bought last April is not showing up in your customer account, don’t panic, it should be back soon!

When I top up my card to buy a package, I'm told that my age category doesn't match.

During data migration, the dates of birth of the people registered on your customer account may have been reset to 01.01.2000. We invite you to check the dates of birth of everyone on your customer account.

When I top up my card to buy a package, I'm told that the card has already been allocated.

If a message such as “PDSKeycardAlreadyAffected” appears when you try to purchase, please check whether your card has already been allocated to someone else in “My account -> Your skiers”.

I've been told that my card is invalid for top-up. Why?

If your chip card contains the letter “Q”, this may be the cause of the problem (don’t ask us why 😅).

To get around the problem, please go to your customer account and delete your registered chip card (with the letter “Q”). You can re-register it in the account using lower case letters only. Once the change has been made, you will be able to top up your card.

I can't find my chip card number on my customer account.

We invite you to log in to your customer account (in the upper right-hand corner) and check the details of the people registered in your account.

Please check everyone’s dates of birth and correct them if necessary. The same applies to chip card numbers. Please assign them correctly to each person registered on your customer account.

Where can I find my hands-free card number or WTP number?

My number is written on my hands-free card: XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX

Please note :

  • There are no spaces in my hands-free card number

Limit on the number of skiers reached.

We invite you to go to your customer account, under “Skiers” and check whether the main contact of the account is also registered in the skiers. If this is the case, you can delete the skier representing the main account contact.

What is a "Hands Free" card ?

The “Hands Free” lift pass is a smart media card, of credit card size with a high-performance chip, it gives you access to the ski lifts with greater comfort and speed thanks to the chip which can be read remotely.

3 advantages:

  • Practical: no risk of loss or damage because this card remains in your pocket (do not place it with your mobile phone, a pocket ashtray, another “hands-free” holder, your keys, your bank card and any metal object).

ATTENTION!

In case the card is already registered in another account than yours (e.g. if someone else ordered the season pass for you last year), you have to delete the card in this account first in order to register it in your account.
