Various questions

I would like to offer a day ticket or a voucher as a gift. What are the possibilities?

To make a gift, there are 2 possibilities:

It is a voucher with a choice of value (e.g. CHF 50.-) - The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. The voucher must be exchanged at the cash desk in order to get a ski pass. If the purchase value is less than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will not be reimbursed, either in cash or in the form of a gift voucher.

Ticket without date
The desired pass is directly charged to a hands-free card. The card is only valid during the current season. The card is validated on the first visit to a terminal.

What do I need to buy a season pass online?

A new card at a price of CHF 4.00 is required for the purchase of a ski pass unless you already have a card with a WTP number. In this case and only in this case, you can use this card to top up the 2020-2021 season pass.

In case the card is already registered in another account than yours (e.g. if someone else ordered the season pass for you last year), you have to delete the card in this account first in order to register it in your account.
If you do not have the possibility to delete this card, choose the option NO to "Do you already have a chip card".
