I can't connect to my customer account. What should I do?
If you encounter problems with getting connected to your account, we invite you to request a new password for your customer account.
How do I do this?
Go to www.pds-ch.ch and click on the little man icon at the top right of your screen. Here you can click on “Forgot your password?
How can I use my Suns?
Your Sun Points are available on your customer account.
To view or use your Sun Points, please log in to your account, click on the little man icon at the top right of your screen and then on ‘View my account’.
Under My Space My Club PDS you will find the tab ‘Use my Soleils’.
Why can't I see my order history in my customer account?
This is due to the migration of our website on 18.12.2024.
When I top up my card to buy a ticket, I'm told that my age category doesn't match.
During data migration, the dates of birth of the people registered on your customer account may have been reset to 01.01.2000. We invite you to check the dates of birth of everyone on your customer account.
When I top up my card to buy a ticket, I'm told that the card has already been atffected
If a message such as “PDSKeycardAlreadyAffected” appears when you try to purchase, please check whether your card has already been allocated to someone else in “My account -> Your skiers”.
