Terms and conditions

Ski passes entitle the holder, during the validity period, to unrestricted movement within the chosen area. Ski passes are strictly personal and non-transferable, they are only valid during opening hours. Access to the slopes is prohibited outside opening hours. Skipasses can not be extended or changed. The ski pass owner is responsible for keeping his card and the receipt safe so that no other person is able to use them. Ski passes may be checked at any skilift by the personnel or by using the computerized system. The user must be able to prove his or her identity.

The prices of our ski passes for two days or more are degressive; however, the purchaser must assume the risk of bad weather conditions, which might reduce the use of our ski lifts.

Ski-passes can be issued at the ticket office after 3:00 pm on the evening prior to the first day of validity. The rechargeable chip card is obligatory with all ski passes. The chipcard cost CHF 4.- and is not refundable but is reusable. A passport photograph is obligatory for passes of 8 days or more. The first day of skiing should ideally begin in the resort where the ski pass was purchased.
