Ski passes entitle the holder, during the validity period, to unrestricted movement within the chosen area. Ski passes are strictly personal and non-transferable, are only valid during opening hours, this is why
access to the slopes is prohibited outside opening hours. It can not be extended or changed. The ski pass owner is responsible for keeping his card and the receipt safe so that no other person is able to use them.
Ski passes may be checked at any lift installation by the personnel or by using the computerized system.

The prices of our ski passes for two days or more are degressive; however, the purchaser must assumethe risk of bad weather conditions, which might reduce the use of our ski lifts.

Ski-passes can be issued at the ticket office after 3:00 pm on the evening prior to the first day of validity. The rechargeable chip card is obligatory with all ski passes. The card costs CHF 4.-, and is not refundable but
is reusable. A passport photograph is obligatory for passes of 8 days or more. The chip cards are valid for 2 years. The first day of skiing must begin in the resort where the ski pass was purchased.

Adult : basic rate
Child : from 5 to 15
Youth : from 16 to 19
Student : from 20 to 24, with valid student card = Youth tariff
Senior : from 65 to 74
Super Senior : from 75

Children <5 : children under 5 years of age must be in possession of a free ticket available of the ticket office with the purchase of an adult ticket or upon presentation of the skischool inscription.

Family : A minimum of 4 paying persons (father, mother, single children up to 19 years old, or up to 24 years old for students or apprentices). The ski passes for all members of the family must
be purchased for the same period for all members of the family; the ski area may be different however. An identity card for each member of the family is required in order to
obtain the discount.

Supporting documents are required in order to obtain any reduction. Reductions are not cumulative.

Group from 13 to 49 persons : +/- 10% discount
Group from 50 persons : +/- 15% discount
All ski passes must be for the same duration and must be bought and paid for together. These rates are only valid on ski passes from 1/2 to 21 days. Group rates do not apply to family reductions. The ski area may be

Upon presentation of the receipt, the client is entitled to one new ski pass.

If the ski area is fully or partially closed due to bad weather conditions or in the case of a major problem (ex: storm), this does not entitle the client to a refund or extension of the ski pass.
In case of illness or accident, no refund will be provided for passes of 1/2 to 21 days, point cards, nonconsecutive or single-day tickets. You can buy an insurance, SkiCare or PassProtect, when purchasing your ski

In case of accident only, on presentation of a medical certificate, the unused part of a season pass may be compensated. (No compensation will be made for people accompanying the person concerned)
Claims must be made before March 31, 2019 of the current season.

SEASON 2019-2020
In cas of an accident and/or illness, without insurance, there is no right to a refund or compensation.

Persons found to be using lifts without a valid ticket or with a ski pass belonging to another person will incur a fine of CHF 200.-, in addition to the cost of a full-price 1-day ski pass. Furthermore, the misused ski pass will be
confiscated irrevocably.

At the ticket office, to make the transition between the 2 loyalty systems, the following exceptions are allowed during the winter of 2018/2019:
- 1 x free day Portes du Soleil for any holder of one card with 180 pts or more.
- 1 x 5-hour Portes du Soleil ticket for any holder of one card between 150 and 179 points.
- 1 x 5-hour Portes du Soleil ticket for any holder of 2 cards with a minimum of 80 points on each of them.
From summer 2019, the old bonus points will be permanently lost.
